FEBRUARY

Tuesday 19th
Day out in London

We will drop you off in the west end for your day of shopping or sight-seeing. London has an abundance of both. At the
end of the day we bring you home again.

Thursday 21st
Rye Market And Tenterden

Visit the wonderful 150 year old traditional Rye market in the morning, selling everything from homewares to clothing. In the afternoon we go into historic Tenterden. Here you can stroll along the quaint high street, visit the local museum or
just have some lunch.

MARCH

Saturday 2nd
Tower of London

Be dazzled by the world famous Crown Jewels, take a Yeoman tour and listen to their interesting stories, meet the famous ‘Guardians of the Tower’ ravens. A great day out for all the family.

Thursday 14th
Chartwell House

Chartwell is the much loved family home of Sir Winston Churchill. Explore the house, studio, garden and lakes at your leisure or take a stroll through the woodland. In the afternoon a cream tea awaits. A trip not to be missed.

Saturday 16th
Bruges

First stop P & J’s chocolate factory for some delicious handmade chocolates then onto wonderful Bruges. With beautiful shops, lovely places to eat and amazing architecture it has something for everyone. A great day out!

APRIL

Saturday 13th
Camden Market

Have a stroll around London’s largest market. With its unique shops, stalls, bars and restaurants it has
something for everyone. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle take a relaxing stroll along the
Regent’s canal.

Saturday 27th
3 Countries

We will travel through France into Belgium, driving along the coast. We stop at the “Jewel in the Crown”,
otherwise known as Ostend. Here you will have time for sightseeing, shopping or a spot of lunch.
After your time in Ostend we travel to Sluis in Holland where again you have free time. Visit the famous
windmill at the bottom of the town or walk along the canal. There are shops and places to eat too if the
fancy takes you.

MAY

Saturday 11th
Ypres

In the morning visit the cemeteries for the fallen of World War 1. In the afternoon spend leisure time in
the wonderful town of Ypres, where you can meander around the shops or have some lunch at one of the many
cafes and restaurants. At 8pm reflect at the beautiful Menin Gate memorial for the haunting ‘Last Post’.
Trip includes a tour guide.

Sunday 12th
Opal Coast

We travel along the Opal Coast road to Boulogne, stopping for approx. 30 minutes at the village of Audinghen
to visit the church built by the RAF, with the steeple shaped like the wing of a plane, to commemorate the
loss of all the villagers, except one, that were killed by German forces. Once in Boulogne you have two hours
to sightsee and get some lunch. On the way back to Calais we stop at the hypermarket for some shopping.

Kent Garden Show

With over 300 exhibitors including over sixty nurseries, a craft pavilion, food hall and children’s rides, selling
everything you could possibly want for your garden. A great day out for all the family.

JUNE

Thursday 6th
Kew Gardens

Explore the stunning gardens at Kew. It has the largest Victorian glasshouse in the world, a treetop walkway, cafes and
restaurants and much more. A trip not to be missed.

Thursday 13th
D’Eperlecques and St Omer

Le Blockhause is the biggest WW2 bunker in Northern France, surrounded by woodland it is a unique and very interesting place to visit. Steeped in history, it has the first V2 and V1 launch pad. After a morning visiting Le Blockhause spend the afternoon in the historic town of St Omer. Have some lunch at one of the many restaurants, meander around the shops or visit the magnificent Cathedral.

Thursday 20th
Ascot Ladies Day

A fantastic day out for all the ladies (and gents). It is the most glamorous racing event in the world, where the Royal
procession is at the start of the day’s racing. A truly memorable time to be had by all. Dress up, place your bets and
hope you come home a winner.

Tuesday 25th
Brighton

There is so much to see and do in Brighton. Treat yourself to the i360, stroll along the pier, tour The Royal Pavilion or
meander through The Lanes. There is something for everyone in beautiful Brighton.
