TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. On receipt of your deposit with the completed booking form we will reserve your place
2. The balance will become due at least eight weeks before the date of the tour
3. If you cancel your booking before full payment is made your deposit will be retained in lieu of administrative costs
4. If you book within eight weeks of departure date you must pay the full amount at the time of the booking
5. We strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance as without it, cancellations result in a loss of all monies paid:-
a. Prior to 42 days before departure date Deposit only
b. 28 to 42 days before departure date 30% of holiday cost
c. 14 to 17 days before departure date 45% of holiday cost
d. 7 to 13 days before departure date 60% of holiday cost
e. 1 to 6 days before departure date 100% of holiday cost
6. If you have your own holiday insurance, we will need the name of the company for our records
7. We reserve the right to amend itineraries or change holiday arrangements if necessary
8. If you have a complaint during your holiday, please inform the hotel and your drivers immediately. They will endeavour to put things right. If your complaint cannot be resolved on site, you must complete a report form, this can be obtained from your driver while on site. If you do not follow this simple procedure, we cannot accept responsibility as we have been deprived the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem for you. On your return home you must follow this up within 28 days in writing giving as much relevant
information as you can
9. Luggage and personal belongings are carried entirely at owner’s risk and responsibility
10. Consumption of alcohol and/or smoking is not permitted on board our coaches
11. Electric wheelchairs – prior arrangement must be agreed with the office due to capacity of each individual trip. Owners are responsible for the loading and unloading of these vehicles
12. We reserve the right to cancel holidays if the minimum number of passengers has not been achieved. However, we will only cancel if absolutely necessary and all monies paid by you at the time will be refunded in full
13. All monies received are deposited in a holding account
